The two sizes slope from the listed 10 or 5mm to 2mm so it should fit any shoe. If you have a shoe that's generally thinner, such as Converse, we recommend getting the smaller size to prevent a tight fit. A highly resilient skin protects the inner foam for lasting durability and protection from blowouts. Expect these to last all year. Keep in mind these are sold in pairs!
