This item is on clearance due to scratches on the bar where the clamp would be installed. Of course, this damage only hurts the bar's aesthetics, not its structural integrity. The actual product is not photographed, and all sales on clearance items are final. To be clear, there are no returns on clearance items.

The UrbanArtt Civic T-bars are some of the strongest bars they have made. They have produced the Civic bars by butting the tubing and heat treating the finest chromoly (4130). They have an oversized outer and inner diameter with no stock slit so they're compatible with SCS straight out of the box. They're 28" tall, and 24" wide which is ideal for riders who are 5'6 - 6'2 depending on bar height preference.
