The Proto UBS Brake replacement kit comes with 2 brake bolts, and 2 cone washers. This is the recommended kit as the washers are specifically made for all Proto Deck Plates. Please know that the brake bolts are not compatible with every brake. However, you are able to use the washers with another brake's hardware.
