The Psychic deck from Triad took all the pros from the Medusa deck and built upon it. The Psychic is lighter than the Medusa, coming in at 3.6 lbs, which will make the deck feel more responsive. This deck has two grind rails rather than a completely flat bottom, but this will allow for more balanced boardslides as you are balancing on the 2 grind plates rather than the 1 with the fully flat bottom. Grind plates also has less surface area in contact with the rail or ledge, so the grind will be much more smooth. Rounded dropouts in the back of the deck creates a balance point for 5-0s, and even has integrated spacers! Overall, this deck is definitely geared towards street riding. Although if you are a park rider who is looking for more foot space, 5.5" is the perfect in between.
