I would recommend the RS V2 to any rider looking to focus on street style riding, or any riders that are 5'6 and above. The larger deck on the RS V2 will provide you with a great amount of room to lock into grinds, but isn't large enough to hinder your trick selection or growth. While bar height is all personal preference, I would recommend you start with a scooter with taller handle bars so you have the option to cut them down if they are too tall.
