The original Blackmail from Triad had titanium bars, which bumped up the price of the complete by a lot. This price made the scooter not appealing to entry level riders. The Psychic Blackmail on the other hand has steel bars that are extremely light, only 1.5 lbs! So you get the lighter bars that any rider would want, at a much better price point. The deck is also new on the Psychic Blackmail, it comes in at 5.5" wide and 22" long, so it will lock into any grind that you can throw at it. Perfect for street riding, in other words. It also runs SCS compression system, which will hold your scooter together the best, and yield the least amount of maintenance (parents and riders can rejoice!), in comparison to the other compression systems that is.
The Blackmail is a big scooter, so it is definitely geared towards the larger rider, or a rider who wants a scooter that is geared towards street riding. Even a more experienced rider with a similar custom scooter would still love to ride the Psychic Blackmail, so if you want something that you won't outgrow as your skills increase, definitely consider this.
