The Vault Pro Scooters offers free shipping on all orders over $250 of merchandise. Be advised this offer applies to complete all scooter purchases parts and/or accessories.
The Vault Pro Scooters ships all merchandise via US Postal Service or FedEx. Unfortunately, we do not offer any expedited shipping at this time. We offer FedEx Home Delivery, USPS Parcel Select and USPS Priority Mail.
Yes we’ll ship to your PO box but only via US Postal Service. Please be sure to select a USPS service during checkout if you wish to ship to a PO box. FedEx will only accept physical addresses.
We are unable to ship to APO or FPO boxes.

Most orders ship within 48 hours of placing your order and estimated delivery time can range between 2-7 business days after shipping. Transit time is determined by an order’s contents and final destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of an order’s contents.
Orders are typically processed during regular business hours. Store hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
If an item you ordered has an extended estimated delivery time The Vault Pro Scooters will notify you via email or telephone. Once it is available, a tracking number will be posted onto your online account and will also be forwarded to the email address provided on the order. Be sure to adjust the spam filters on your email to successfully receive our notifications.
Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly as there is a $12 rerouting fee per package to correct a shipping address after the order has been shipped.
The Vault Pro Scooters does not require a signature from the recipient. Signature on Delivery is an optional service offered to better insure your package by requiring the recipient’s signature upon receipt. The signature on delivery service is an additional $3 fee.
When the signature on delivery option is NOT selected, the shipping carrier (FedEx or USPS) will typically leave the package at your doorstep. The Vault Pro Scooters is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods after they have been delivered.
Customers who provide an incomplete shipping address (e.g., missing an apartment number) or refuse a package are responsible for any additional shipping costs that may incur.
