All returns and exchanges must be reported to The Vault Pro Scooters within 14 days of receiving your merchandises. The 14-day period begins when merchandise is delivered to recipient's shipping address.
You will need to complete our Return/Exchange Goods Form. Please assure this form is filled out entirely and visibly to ensure your return and/or exchange is properly handled. A Return Authorization Number is required in this form and can be obtained by contacting one of our customer service representatives by telephone, email or live chat. We can be reached during business hours (M-F: 3pm-7pm, Sat: 10am-5pm, Sun: 11am-4pm PST).
Return procedures may vary by product therefore it is important that you contact us for proper authorization and instruction. The Vault Pro Scooters will not be held liable for any returns done without proper authorization. The Return/Exchange Goods Form can be downloaded here. Please make sure you include this form in the box with your return item(s). The patron is responsible for all shipping charges on any return and/or exchange.
Returned items must be in new condition and in it’s original packaging. Be advised a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your return. If the Items are Damaged, depending on condition, a 15 - 20% return/restocking fee will be applied.
We advise insuring your return with the Signature on Delivery to insure your package arrives to the proper destination. This service is offered by most, if not all, shipping carriers. The Vault Pro Scooters is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Holiday Extended Policy
We get it…Christmas present right? Most purchases made during the holidays are usually intended as gifts. The Vault also assumes packages will not be opened until after Christmas Day. Therefore, The Vault Pro Scooters has implemented a special Return/Exchange Policy just for the holidays. Any purchase made between November 1st and December 24th is permitted 30 days to report a return/exchange. The 30-day period begins Christmas Day, therefore, the last day to report a return/exchange would be January 25th (PST).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product in your order please refer to the Damaged or Defective Items page for our guidelines.
Incorrect Product Shipping
If you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and fill out the Return/Exchange Goods Form. It is important that you contact us before making a return because you may or may not need to return the product. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis when you contact a representative from The Vault Pro Scooters.
Refunds are issued within two business days of receiving any returned merchandise. Be advised it may take some time for refunded transactions to settle in your account. Be advised a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your return when packaging is damaged or not available. For any return or exchange claim, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Patrons are responsible for all additional shipping charges necessary to complete a return or exchange.
The Vault Pro Scooters will not send out any additional merchandise for exchange without first receiving the returned items. If you would like to advance your exchange process, you will need to place a second order for the desired items and return any items from the original order. The Vault Pro Scooters will then issue a refund for the returned items once they are received.
